Prior to her arrival at the Department, Andres served as the
Chief Information Officer for the Ohio Department of Education.
Before entering public service, Andres successfully led business
units for CVS-Procare, Allscripts and Sarcom.

Andres joined the Department as Chief of Staff in January 2007
to oversee all divisions of the agency. Amy has over a decade
of senior level management experience in both private and public
sectors, and has held senior level management positions in
the healthcare and technology industries.
