RESCISSION OF BULLETINS

Bulletin 2007-02

The purpose of this bulletin is to rescind seventeen Ohio Department of Insurance bulletins that are outdated or are covered by subsequent statutes or rules. Those bulletins to be rescinded are Bulletins 12, 15, 20, 99-01, 81-1, 86-1, 90-2, 91-5, 91-9, 92-1, 92-4, 93-3, 94-3, 94-4, 94-10, 98-1, and 2003-1 listed below in order of the date of issue with the earliest bulletin appearing first on the list.

As set out below, the following seventeen bulletins hereby are rescinded:

8. Bulletin 91-5: Auto Insurance – Safety Equipment Discounts (November 4, 1991)

9. Bulletin 91-9: Medicare Supplement and Physician’s Limiting Charge ((December 23, 1991)
