The Bulletin describes The Ohio Department of Insurance's policy on the sharing of information with regulatory authorities of other states and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
The Ohio Department of Insurance is permitted and will share confidential information with other states and the NAIC if confidentiality is maintained, pursuant to 3901.48, Revised Code of Ohio. All other information will be shared as required by State and Federal law.
